About the Leaders

Dr. Edwin & Rachel Youngblood

Rachel and Edwin have been happily married for eight years, building a life rooted in faith, community, and service. Together, they have dedicated the last 15 years to their calling as family and youth pastors, where they have passionately nurtured and guided countless individuals and families. Their journey took a transformative turn when they felt the call to create a new, healthy, multiethnic community, leading them to establish Mosaic Church.

Edwin, a former recording artist, experienced a radical transformation after encountering Jesus during his time at MTSU. This pivotal moment inspired him to pursue a path of ministry, where he now continues to impact lives through his music and message.

Rachel brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their ministry with her background in teaching and music, coupled with her psychology degree. Her compassionate approach and dedication to understanding individuals’ needs have helped foster a welcoming and nurturing environment at Mosaic Church.

Pastors Eric and Tamyra Morris

Hello! We are Eric and Tamyra Morris and have been married for 20 years and counting. We have been blessed with two daughters Se’lah, Sofia, and one son, Ezra. We love going on adventures and enjoy spending time with family and friends. We even started a YouTube channel (Morris Party of 5) to document all the fun. We truly love our Mosaic community and are thankful for opportunities to serve wherever we are needed. Our joy is found in being vessels of our Lord Jesus, and used by Him in any capacity He sees fit.

Leroy and Diane Hyter

Leroy and Diane Hyter were married in February of 2016. Since then, they have founded A Double Portion Ministry, Mt Moriah, & Leroy and Diane Hyter Ministries. They have used their gifts by inspiring minds, touching hearts, and ushering the Love of God and The Gospel of Christ Jesus through the inspiration of music, teachings, writing, and cooking. The Lord has led us to serve at Mosiac Ministry where the Love of God is the foundation and our gifts are an edifice.
